  科研工作简介:

  一直从事先进陶瓷的研究和开发工作,尤其是在透明陶瓷、红外窗口等材料的基础研究及产业化转移工作中取得了显著成效。

利用注浆成型技术开发了一体化金卤灯陶瓷内胆,并成功转让投产;开发了基于环氧树脂的新型凝胶注聚合物体系,成功应用于泡沫陶瓷的成型;利用流延成型和丝网印刷技术开发全陶瓷高温电解电池,通过调节各结构层的烧结特性,成功解决了不同材料在成型收缩和高温烧成过程中的匹配问题。

  在透明陶瓷基础研究方面,首次报道利用超导强磁场获得具有取向结构的各向异性透明陶瓷,解决了非立方体系多晶材料晶界双折射的问题,为探索新型透明陶瓷材料提供了一条新的途径。

  近年来瞄准高超音速红外光电窗口新的需求,致力于具有超低辐射特性的中波红外陶瓷研究和新材料探索,建立了国内最先进的透红外材料的辐射表征平台,相关工作有力地支持了我国尖端光电系统的发展。
